Glass types
Basic types of glass:
Float
The most classical glass being used in construction. This is a transparent glass with a small shade of green.
Clearvision, optiwhite, ultra clear
Discoloured transparent glass. Compared to float glass, the green shade is much less intensive.
Glass coloured in mass
This is a transparent glass having one of selected colours: brown / grey / green
Satin glass
Transparent, factory sand blasted glass on one side. By tarnishing of one side we achieve the visual effect of milky glass, which temporary disappears during the contact with water.
Mirror
Mirror glass can be the most classical one(silver) or brown/grey/green or clearvision. Mirror glass cannot be tempered.
„Venice”mirror
This is the 6mm trick mirror, which can be tempered. Through the “venice” mirror placed between rooms one can observe what is going on in the second room not being seen at the same time, but under the condition that there is not much light in the first room.
Black pearl
This is the kind of „venice”mirror, 8mm trick and having black colour.
Sand blasted glass
This is the glass sand blasted by BELUGLASS. Compared to satin glass, tarnishing effect is bigger. It is also possible to make different patterns or write words using this technique.
Laminated glass
This is the glass produced via connecting 2 or 3 glass layers with special films and during a high temperature several hours process conducted in lamination oven. The final product is a high resistant monolithic panel, which is protected against penetration of dirt or humidity. Laminated glass can be transparent, “milky”, not transparent, coloured or have selected graphics inside ( so called “laminographics”). Laminographics can be produced on transparent, not transparent or “milky” background.
Painted glass
On this glass after its processing (cutting, grinding, ma king openings, tempering) the paint layer is being put on the back side. The coulour can be select from RAL or NCS colour range, to meet investor’sneeds.
Lacobel
This is a thin (4mm) factory painted glass. It is not possible to temper this kind of glass. Coulours can be selected from standard lacobel colours.
